A lifestyle-focused business, it was essential that their materials appeal to the highly desirable W25-46 demographic. And with several emails going out each week to multiple lists in multiple cities, they needed an option that was easy to maintain themselves. Likewise, it had to be expandable as new cities are added to their network.
TCD carefully considered the target demographic when developing the Social Diva campaign. Young, educated, successful, independent fashionistas – the same people watching “Sex and the City.” From the logo to the business cards, to the print ads, to the website, all materials were designed in a highly stylized, fun and flirty illustrated look.
The identity package is designed around a custom logo mark of a portion of CEO Peg Samuel’s face and trademark wavy hair. The 2” square business card features the logo on one side, and contact information on the other, and has proven to be a great conversation starter.
The Social Diva web site was built entirely in HTML and utilizes CSS to ensure a consistent look on all pages and on all browsers. Each location is its own micro-site. The design features visually engaging, colorful illustrations, silhouettes and calls-to-action to steer the user toward prime topics of interest. This same design is carried onto the customizable HTML email templates, so they always send out a consistent, branded message.
Over the years Social Diva has worked with Tribal Chicken on three site redesigns to keep their look fresh and appealing to their audience. There have also been a multitude of invitations, print ads, banner ads and promotional items as part of the Social Diva campaign. And with recent national TV News attention, their business continues to grow…
“We are extremely happy with Tribal Chicken Designs. They have had the vision and inspiration for our entire brand identity, website, relaunches and more. Since we are a web-based direct email marketing company, the website, email and how we position our brand is everything, and Tribal Chicken Designs helped make that identity come together.”
